How does the free trial work?
Open Foldio, choose any Pro feature and start your free trial. You’ll sign in with your email, and Pro works straight away for 14 days. Each person gets one free trial, and it needs a regular email address, not a temporary one.
Do I need a card?
No. We don’t ask for payment details, so there’s nothing to cancel and you can’t be charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
You go back to the Free plan by yourself. Every book you made stays yours, and we send one reminder email three days before the end.
Do I need an account for the Free plan?
No. You only need an account for the free trial of Pro and, later, for paid plans.
Are my files uploaded?
No, on any plan. Foldio runs in your browser and your books stay on your computer.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Paid orders can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy for details.
