The free trial

The free trial of Pro needs no card, so there’s nothing to charge and nothing to refund.

Paid plans

If Foldio Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. For renewals, ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

Template packs

Ask within 14 days of buying a pack and we’ll refund it, unless you’ve already made books with it.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the link on it. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refunds back to your original payment method. You can also write to hello@foldio.pro.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
